At Sporda, we care about each other. We carry out regular training and health checks to create a good working environment.

Sporda Nonwovens’ most important asset is our employees. We take pride in taking care of each other.
Recently, we conducted a training in fire and CPR on site at our premises in Sporda. This training is carried out every three years together with the Rescue Service in Gislaved. All in all, this means that everyone who works at Sporda Nonwoven can save lives and make a real difference.

Everyone gets to learn:

  • How to perform CPR
  • What to do when someone is choking
  • How to act if a fire occurs

 

Everyone got to try putting out a small fire with a fire extinguisher, putting out a burning mannequin with a fire blanket, doing CPR on a mannequin and testing a defibrillator (we have one in our premises).

Sporda wants to offer a healthy working environment
If you are an employee at Sporda Nonwoven, you are offered a health examination every three years. In collaboration with Företaghälsan in Bredaryd we also do other activities to ensure that the employees are well. Företagshälsan, for example, visits the factory in Sporda and assesses the ergonomics and makes suggestions for measures when/if necessary. Dust measurements are also carried out to ensure that the working environment is as good as possible.
